Shipping Policy
At aufleben, we believe in mindful creation.
That’s why every product is made to order - crafted individually once you place your order.
Because we don’t produce in bulk, delivery may take a little longer - but it’s worth the wait.
Our products are fulfilled and shipped from the U.S. or Europe, depending on where each specific product is produced.
The fulfillment location is determined by product availability and production capabilities, not necessarily by the customer’s region.
This approach allows us to maintain consistent quality across all collections while supporting responsible, on-demand production.
We currently ship to selected destinations in Europe and the U.S.
For orders shipped to Switzerland, prices include Swiss VAT (8.1%) - no customs or import fees apply upon delivery.

Return Policy
At aufleben, customer satisfaction is our top priority.
We accept returns and exchanges under the following terms:
Wrong size or defective item:
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
After notifying us, you’ll have another 14 days to ship the return.
We’ll offer a replacement or a full refund - shipping covered by aufleben (subject to review).
Change of mind:
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
After notifying us, customers have another 14 days to ship the return.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging.
Return address:
Returns must be sent to the same fulfillment center that shipped your order (U.S. or EU).
Refunds:
Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item or verified proof of shipment - whichever comes first.
Refunds are processed after inspection of the item’s condition.
If the item is found worn, used, or damaged, no refund or exchange will be issued.
The refund covers the product price + standard shipping, not express shipping or the cost of return postage.
Cancellation Policy:
Each aufleben piece is made especially for you as soon as your order is placed - this is part of our mindful, on-demand production model.
Because production begins immediately after checkout, orders cannot be canceled or modified once submitted.
However, if you notice an error in your order details, please contact us as soon as possible at info@aufleb.com, and we’ll do our best to assist before production starts.

Mindful Returns
At aufleben, we understand that mindful shopping sometimes requires flexibility.
While each piece is made to order, we gladly assist with returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
If you need a different size or simply changed your mind, we’ll do our best to help.
Customers cover the return shipping for size or preference exchanges,
while aufleben covers it in case of a defect or incorrect item.
Every request is handled personally and thoughtfully -

aufleben’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from the use or misuse of our products.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This policy and any disputes related to it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel.
However, if you are a consumer residing in the European Union or Switzerland, you also retain the protection provided to you by the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
Any legal proceedings arising out of or relating to this policy will be conducted in accordance with these applicable laws, with primary jurisdiction in the competent courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.
