3. Orders and Payment

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
All payments are processed securely through authorized payment providers.

4. Exchanges

We gladly provide exchanges or refunds if your item arrives defective or incorrect - shipping covered by aufleben.
For size changes or change of mind, exchanges and returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.
In such cases, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Shipping, Delivery, and Processing

We offer shipping to selected destinations. Processing and delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. We reserve the right to decline shipping to certain locations. In such cases, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

For orders shipped to Switzerland, prices include Swiss VAT (8.1%) - no customs or import fees apply.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Because each item is made to order, cancellations are not possible once production has started.
However, if you contact us immediately after checkout, we’ll do our best to assist before production begins.

Returns and refunds are accepted within 14 days of delivery in accordance with our Customer Care Policy.
Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the returned item or proof of shipment, whichever comes first.
