Are your products unisex?
Yes. Our clothing is designed to be unisex, with minimalist cuts that suit all body types.
Is international shipping available?
We currently offer standard shipping to Switzerland and the United States.
For other destinations, please contact us directly – we may be able to assist on a case-by-case basis.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed and made to order within 2-5 business days.
Estimated delivery time after fulfillment is:
Switzerland: 5-8 business days
United States: 7-10 business days
Total delivery time is usually 7-13 business days for Switzerland, and 9-15 business days for the U.S.
Each aufleben piece is made especially for you - a mindful process that takes a little longer, but it’s worth the wait 🌿
What is your return policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
If your item arrives defective or incorrect, shipping costs are covered by aufleben.
For size changes or change of mind, customers cover the return shipping cost.
All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
How does aufleben reduce waste?
All of our products are made especially for you - only after you place your order.
By producing on demand instead of in bulk, we help reduce overproduction and waste.

How do I start a return or report an issue?

Is it possible to cancel or change my order after it's placed?
Since each aufleben product is made-to-order, production starts shortly after an order is submitted. We cannot cancel or modify orders once placed, so please double-check your details before checking out. If you made a mistake, contact us at info@aufleb.com as soon as possible - we’ll do our best to assist before production begins.
