Return Policy

At aufleben, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Wrong size or defective item: If your item is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days. Replacement or refund options are available, subject to review.

Change of mind: Since each product is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or wrong size selection. Please carefully review the size guide before placing your order.

Damaged in shipping: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos, and we’ll work to resolve the issue promptly.

At aufleben, each product is made-to-order through our trusted production partners. This means that production begins shortly after an order is submitted.

Once an order is submitted, it cannot be canceled or modified, as production starts immediately to ensure fast fulfillment. We kindly ask you to carefully review your order details before placing your purchase.

This process helps us minimize waste and align with our values of sustainability and conscious production.

Although cancellations are not possible, if you made an error in your order, please contact us immediately and we will try our best to assist before production starts.

aufleben is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
We are also not responsible for items lost by carriers after shipment.

Please note: While we work with trusted shipping partners, sometimes unexpected delays can occur that are beyond our control, such as postal service disruptions or severe weather conditions. We appreciate your understanding and patience if such situations arise.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the personalized nature of our made-to-order products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any items unless they are defective or damaged.

Limitation of Liability

aufleben’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from the use or misuse of our products.

This policy and any disputes related to it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. Any legal proceedings arising out of or relating to this policy will be conducted exclusively in the competent courts located in Tel Aviv, Israel.
